The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a development or project management professional to manage high-profile, apartment, build-to-rent, and masterplan housing communities, as well as integrated precinct developments. Projects are of a significant scale, from 50 dwellings up to 5,000 dwellings across multiple stages.
About You
Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience in managing similar-sized projects from masterplan and DA submission, through to project delivery, including financial management and sales & marketing. You will be able to apply your demonstrated problem-solving skills to navigate internal and external project teams, utilities, and government agencies.
