What you'll do:

Lead the delivery of projects across Brisbane, managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder outcomes from front-end advisory through to construction completion.
Use your client-side expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, consultants and delivery partners, ensuring projects meet both commercial and social objectives.
Take ownership of business development, leveraging your network to secure new opportunities and expand the Brisbane portfolio. You'll work alongside national Directors to align growth with broader business goals, giving you a seat at the strategic table.

What you'll need

• 10+ years' experience in client-side project management, with a strong track record in social infrastructure
• A background in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or another property-related discipline
• Established relationships within the Brisbane health, education or social infrastructure markets
• Commercial acumen and confidence in work-winning and client relationship management

Enjoy flexible working with the freedom to split your time between the Brisbane office, home and client sites. You'll work closely with national and state Directors, gaining exposure to big-picture thinking while leading complex projects on the ground.
