Project Delivery Analyst / QS

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a national housing development group. The Project Delivery Analyst will support the delivery of a national housing development portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to nationally significant housing outcomes while building your career in property development & construction project delivery.

About the Role
The Project Delivery Analyst plays a central role in supporting the collection, management, and quality assurance of construction project delivery data across a national residential property development portfolio.

You will work closely with an experienced team of construction & development professionals to ensure accurate tracking of construction progress, milestone reporting, and portfolio performance-helping to drive informed decision-making and effective program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage project delivery data across the residential portfolio, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
  • Track milestone reporting for housing development and construction projects, identifying delays or gaps and coordinating follow-ups
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including community housing providers, builders, and delivery partners
  • Review submitted reports for completeness, consistency, and alignment with contractual requirements
  • Support preparation of monthly portfolio status reports, including data collation and reporting outputs
  • Assist in improving data management processes, templates, and reporting tools
  • Provide analytical and coordination support, including preparation of briefings and correspondence
About You
You are a highly organised and analytical professional with a strong interest in construction, development, or project delivery.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in construction, development, or project management
  • Ability to interpret construction programs, milestone schedules, and delivery risks
  • Strong data management skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
Desirable
  • Experience with project or portfolio reporting tools (e.g. milestone tracking, risk registers)
  • Background in quantity surveying or residential development
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction, property, project management, or a related field
