The Client:

This growing development & project management consultancy partners with clients in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Hospitality sectors.
They provide development, project management, and construction advisory services, supporting the full lifecycle of their client projects.

What you'll do:

Oversee and manage specific project phases of residential apartments, luxury Residential, Commercial & mixed-use projects, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed strategies, timelines, scope, and budget.

Provide leadership through all project lifecycle phases, including design & approvals and managing procurement for consultants and contractors.

Oversee project financials and contracts administration. and risk/value management.

Prepare reports and documentation, and attend meetings with project stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.

What you'll need
  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience working for consultancies, development groups, or tier 1/2 contractors
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
